The client is a UK-based technology provider building human data capture systems for personnel working in high-risk environments, including firefighting, military training, and industrial safety. Their teams needed continuous, real-time visibility into the health and status of equipment worn or carried in the field, plus a way to let their own customers and partners plug that data into other systems.
